I recently decided to make a jump to a luxury brand vehicle, and I chose Keyes to help me find the right vehicle for me. First off, Karlo not only is he knowledgeable on all the cars on the lot but can easily break down the payment information for you. Karlo made my partner and I feel like we had known each other for years. He took the time to show us different cars and was patient as we deliberated on color make and trim. He made the search process fun and kept a fun vibe throughout the process. Whether it was him telling us to get comfortable in the driver seat to telling us to adjust the bass so we can really feel the cars sound system. He had style and flair that makes you want to buy a car. Next up was T, he was super attentive, informative, professional, and definitely got things done fast and efficiently. Throughout the whole process T was in constant communication with me. Taking care and updating me of even the smallest of things. His attention to detail was second to none. Before and after we purchased the car T has continually checked in on us and my partner and I appreciate that kind of service. Then there was Walter, the numbers man, he made the financed portion of our visit entertaining and informative. He is a straight shooter who makes you feel at home and made this part of our transaction seamlessly. Finally Charlie, first time we interacted he greeted us with a big smile and had a very down to earth vibe. He made us feel as we were the only ones in the room and provided us with some of the best genuine customer service. It’s no wonder that we purchased a car. This was my first experience with Mercedes and it certainly won’t be my last. I highly recommend this team!
