Shady business practices. I settled on a price with a salesman for a vehicle that was in transit. I planned to pay cash. I told them I would pay up front but all they offered for a receipt was the signed quote by the sales person and they wanted a cash transfer. I was not comfortable with that. I asked about a down payment and they said they did not do down payments. They had offered home delivery and I told them I would wait for that and pay in full upon delivery. The next week the sales person called and said the vehicle still was not in but they had another one for a few thousand dollars more. I told him I would wait for the car that we had agreed upon. After another week or two I contact them to see where the vehicle was. They said somebody had come in and paid for it and they had sold it. I asked why they did not contact me before selling the vehicle? I did not receive an answer. I told them I did not think that was a very sound business practice. I asked them to replace the vehicle with a similar model. They said they were unable to do that and there were only the more expensive models available. More

Do not bring your vehicle here for maintenance. They charged $400 in labor to change a battery. The same battery that costs $110 they charged $188 for plus charged to dispose of the battery an addi They charged $400 in labor to change a battery. The grand total these folks scammed us of $642. Bought the vehicle from this place and will not ever return. More
