Our salesman Justin was aware we had already had a long day vehicle shopping with an infant in tow and tried his best to provide an extremely fast and efficient experience. However, his urgency almost made us uncomfortable and was a little too much. For example, another employee stopped to speak to me about the baby and he rudely snapped at her. Granted he did call her almost immediately afterwards to apologize but it was not very professional. The sales manager was very kind and personable and made the mountain of paperwork much less daunting. Since getting the vehicle home, I have been less impressed by the things I have noticed/found. Within days the brakes developed a horrible squeak. Three of the four cup holders in the front console do not have any of the inserts so that a drink actually stays put. I found random trim parts unattached, one shoved under the passenger seat and one in the rear door. Upon vacuuming so that I could put in floor mats I discovered so much trash under the seats. There were bandaid wrappers, Doritos, a brand new blow pop, a lollipop stick, baby puffs, and a used plastic knife. The sand in the cargo area of the vehicle literally falls out when the seats are put up. I realize I bought a used vehicle and it will not be perfect but I expected better attention to detail than this. More
