These folks are awesome ! Took my car in to have the snow tires taken off and the lock nuts were fused on. They had to drill out the nuts and while it took them a day they only charged me the regular snow tires taken off and the lock nuts were fused on. Eric, in service, was polite and professional. It was expensive, as we have come to expect of dealerships. They were accommodating and friendly. I had them change sparkplugs in my Ram 4.7l. unfortunat expensive, as we have come to expect of dealerships. They were accommodating and friendly. I have been cheated in the past, but not by this dealer. Key seems to be a good place that I will return to. More
2020 Ford Explorer Problem fixed by KEY FORD My wife and I lease a 2020 Ford Explorer through ROWE Ford in Auburn. She was left stranded with our three kids. The vehicle had about 400 miles on it and she couldn't steer the Explorer. I called ROWE Ford service in Westbrook and was unable to talk to anyone in service, left a message after calling 3-4 times. Two days later, I still have not received a return phone call. I called two other dealerships and KEY FORD were the only ones who could fit me in as well as the ONLY ones to give me the phone number to Ford Roadside Service to get the Explorer towed to the dealership. ERIC in service at KEY FORD was very helpful and professional. He threw in a bit of sarcasm to reduce MY stress by telling me if my wife needed someone to yell at she could call him, HAHA. GREAT WORK KEY FORD. You've earned a new customer. Thank You!!! More

I haven’t had great experiences with Key Auto. So I was worried about if they changed for the worst. That wasn’t my experience at all. All my Ford services will be done here until that changes. More
