I saw this car online and from what I saw the center console arm rest looked like it had been ripped. Well that not a big deal because I thought I would just replace it myself. Well when I arrived at the dealer I was surprised to find that they had already fixed the problem. On top of that they had replaced all the tires. This is very different from the last dealer I bought a car from. The last dealer basically just flipped the car and did nothing for it so I had new wipers brakes and tires to buy for it in the first month of me owning it. They really do have a lot of integrity here at this dealer and I look forward to giving them my business in the future. More

Bad customer service Purchased a used Buick Enclave 2011 with only 61,000 miles. After owning it only 3 months the transmission went out. After talking to Kevin Grover, al Purchased a used Buick Enclave 2011 with only 61,000 miles. After owning it only 3 months the transmission went out. After talking to Kevin Grover, all that they were willing to do was $500 and at their price which was more than what local transmission shop was and not including torque converter. They even admitted that GM knows that there is a known problem with that transmission. More
