I bought a new Tacoma and routine maintenance scheduling is always 2-3 weeks out and takes 1-2 hours. I became so frustrated I went to roseburg Toyota and what a difference! Almost immediate scheduling, short wait times and employees that actually want your business. The only decent experience was my salseman terry Johnson but apparently he was fired for being too honest. My next new Toyota dealer is a no brainer! More

I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to speak with Pieter. More
PROBLEM #1) Improperly installed an extra item that I purchased with my new Tacoma. (A careful installer would have HAD to have noticed before sending me home with it.) PROBLEM #2) (Same Visit) Service purchased with my new Tacoma. (A careful installer would have HAD to have noticed before sending me home with it.) PROBLEM #2) (Same Visit) Service department installed a Bluetooth and a truck bed cover. They left no instructions for either one. (Bluetooth has several features I do not know how to use and the cover has latches, care and protection of materials, and a tension spring that I need to know how to tighten.) When the work was finished, they simply said "Here are your keys... Your tuck is out that door and around the corner..." PROBLEM #3) I wrote an email to the service manager which prompted a phone call to me the next day. I was given promises to remedy the situation. A month and a half later and I am still waiting for their promised solutions to these problems. No call from them, as promised, and no response to an email that I sent after waiting a few weeks. More

The sales person showed me used Highlanders, but I could not get him to show me new Highlanders. At one point he even tried to interest me in a Prius. After two visits to this dealership I started looking elsewhere and found the perfect new car. It cost a little less than the Highlander, I think, but I'm not sure because I could never get the Toyota person to engage with me in a discussion of the cost of a new Highlander. Interesting...
