Our special Bronco order took a long time to materialize for a lot of reasons, none of them the fault of Kendall, but Manager Steve Devere was incredibly helpful and supportive and kept us up to date every for a lot of reasons, none of them the fault of Kendall, but Manager Steve Devere was incredibly helpful and supportive and kept us up to date every step of the way. When it was finally delivered--as a 2024 and not the 2023 we'd ordered--he made sure that we paid the lower 2023 price, even though the 2024 had more bells and whistles.
