Another note, I was surprised that prior to taking possession the Ranger wasn’t detailed due to previous potential buyers driving the truck. Our experience in the past of new vehicle purchases they were detailed prior to taking possession. Also, we never received a phone call to schedule the repair of the passenger’s rear fender trim.
