Went to the dealership saturday evening 3/1/2014 in hopes to get a great car buying experience. I have worked in sales for over 5 years and also know how to buy one. I asked the sales representative if the to get a great car buying experience. I have worked in sales for over 5 years and also know how to buy one. I asked the sales representative if the vehicle had ever been in an accident or collision and he said no. Took the car home and went to remove the front license plate to put new plates on, and there were 5 screws fastened into the bumper and the dealership plaque was hiding a huge gaping crack and hole in the bumper. I immediately text messaged the sales representative and was told that it was his sister-in-laws trade in car and that he "forgot" that someone had backed into it. Victor Fernandez, Owner, has taken the initiative and gone the extra mile to correct this issue. Due to his hard work and understanding and care about his customers, I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from him. More
