Deceptive dealership. The first car salesman I talk to on the lot knows absolutely nothing about the vehicle for sale. He finally had to get his manager “Daddy” out of his office, to answer simple questions. Like what’s the fuel capacity. Couple days go by and I stop there again and get a different salesman. We go for a test drive and we sit at his desk to crunch numbers. I ask the same question, what’s the fuel capacity. He comes with a ridiculous number and I stand up to leave and of course he says, “oh wait there’s a mistake on the paperwork”. When he returns with the corrected numbers and his manager(who’s trying to make nice, and side tracking me with small talk)it’s suddenly $12k less. He’s still way to high. Don’t fall for these old tricks. Just get up and walk out. Still didn’t get an answer about fuel capacity. I bought my vehicle from a Ford dealer in Eastern WA. The reason we went to Kendall Ford was because they have done service work on both of our vehicles and have been extremely satisfied and prior to that we purchased a new vehicle from Marysville Ford. Our salesman was non pushy and very friendly and nice. I feel that he could have spent a little longer with us on the functions of the Ranger. Another note, I was surprised that prior to taking possession the Ranger wasn’t detailed due to previous potential buyers driving the truck. Our experience in the past of new vehicle purchases they were detailed prior to taking possession. Also, we never received a phone call to schedule the repair of the passenger’s rear fender trim. I had to mention it when I was called to schedule my bed liner installation.. More
