Not a typical car buying experience Contacted Michael, the internet sales manager and he was easy to talk with. Came in later in the day and bought the truck I was looking at. Chris stayed long after closing (as well as the finance department) to come to an agreement! I can't say enough nice things about Chris and the finance department that helped me! My car was washed and detailed while I signed papers. I left super excited to get into my new (used) vehicle! Also I would like to say how much I appreciated the service department. I brought my Fusion in last weekend and their service was excellent. (Shout out to the female at the desk sorry I didn't catch your name! Super knowledgeable.) Also side note: great tire prices! Recent purchase My wife and I spent 2 days at Marysville Ford looking for a car to replace the one we totaled. We are both retired and on a budget that didn’t include buying another car. Our sales consultant was Pete Albea and he was by far the most accommodating sales rep I have ever met. We had some pretty strict criteria we needed to adhere to and Pete was right there with us every step of the way on both days, I’m sure he didn’t make much considering the time and effort he spent on us but it sure didn’t seem to have an effect on the help he provided us. We now have a nice car that was in our price range and even has a manufacturers warranty that their financing agent Kerry Phelps helped us with by giving us a contact at a Hyundai Dealership!!
