Always nervous to buy a car, but when I found a deal from four hours away I was even more nervous that I would be tricked once I walk through the door. I worked on the deal line with Shay, and he was fantast four hours away I was even more nervous that I would be tricked once I walk through the door. I worked on the deal line with Shay, and he was fantastic the whole way understanding the distance I would have to come to the dealership. He even picked me up from the airport and let me test drive the truck on the way back. No pressure deal and a great price, The best I found on a new F150 in the Northwest. I loved everything about the whole experience to be honest. I am 28 years old and I had never bought a car on my own before. I've never even visited a dealership for myself. I was really worried I'd get taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge..I felt like the best type of prey for a salesman. But then I met Pete Albea and he completely changed everything I thought about car salesman. He has an amazing bubbly personality and a laugh that is contagious. He seems to love his job and also be light about things at the same time. He helped me with the signing up process and while we were doing my application he accidentally lost all of the information he had spent 20 minutes typing. Rather than spend another 20 minutes retyping and asking all the same questions again..he let me type everything out myself (I type 110wmp @ 98%) and we blew through all of it. I did find out some bad news initially but Pete wouldn't give up and wasn't going to let the negative affect the situation. These guys were absolutely set on selling me a car and they were going to do all the work it took to do so. The other salesman Sena (sp?) was also very professional and amazing. I didn't give up and Sena worked with the bank and most importantly WITHIN MY MEANS and managed to find me the perfect car for 500 down and low payments! Pete sat with me and helped me call around for insurance at 7pm while we did paperwork and got the last things in order. I left with a like new 2009 Kia Optima that I am absolutely in love with. 100% would recommend ANYONE looking for an amazing deal and amazing salesmen..go here!! Thank you guys!!! More
