The salesman (Jared) I worked with was great, helpful and friendly. There were some obvious defects with the car (only 3 years old, not cheap & a Ford) - turns out their service dept knew about this but didn friendly. There were some obvious defects with the car (only 3 years old, not cheap & a Ford) - turns out their service dept knew about this but didn't remember to fix beforehand. They are making good - so there's that, but really it should have been done before it hit the lot (I'm assuming they get more warrenty $$ from Ford for the work by making me come back after purchase? Why else do that to a customer). But, the fix involved having the vehicle for an entire day twice. And this place is the first dealership I've been to that doesn't have loaner cars. I live beyond their shuttle radius so yay, stuck here for hours and hours for something that should have been taken care of before the car hit the lot. It's disappointing. The salesman was great to work with - but the post-sales experience leaves a frustrating taste. And sadly, that's what will get rememered. More
