So now since I submitted the original review they have called no less than 6 times to get me to take it down. So I will leave it up and tell you if you don't have perfect credit ot perfect trade in don't called no less than 6 times to get me to take it down. So I will leave it up and tell you if you don't have perfect credit ot perfect trade in don't go here they want full price and offering no breaks. The sales guy from Sunday said would try to make a deal but they didn't call any banks. It was just a ploy to get the review down. The service center is great just don't buy your car here. Im going to try and give you the details without a bunch of flavor. Sometimes that is difficult for me but I will try. I have bought an eco sport from you a year and half ago. I had a crummy credit score and lower income than I have now. Got 18% interest and a high payment at 589$. I can afford it and have been making my payments on time and for over. I used that car to build my credit so I could maybe buy a house sometime soon. My credit score is now 650 or so. I make a bit more money than I did then. Fast forward to Saturday and I was doing my oil change, thought I would find out what my kelly blue book was, and compare that to what I owe on the car. My payoff is 24900 and it's worth about 13k on kbb. I know I am upside down, and really will never have any equity with the car as it was overpriced and the interest rate is insane. I needed to start somewhere and I accept all those things. I am looking to get something bigger, that fits me, has a tow package and some warranty left. Your team showed me an explorer that was a 2020, used as the loaner vehicle, has 3500 miles and extended warranty to 42 months. It was perfect. I let them know I could do 500 to 1000 down if needed, which I was guessing would be not enough but have played this game before and know that if asked I could probably figure out 2k. Taxes are coming back soon. The banker came out and asked all the details I told Randy, my sales guy, and off they went. They came back with the explorer and I loved the car. So they were doing their thing with the banks, and a couple hours in Randy said I should go home and he would call when they had something. Well Tuesday with still no call backs, I decided to call Randy and find out what was going on. He said he would go find out and get back to me. An hour later was a voicemail with 15k deposit required. The bank would only finance 40k, So 15k was the minimum down. He asked if they should keep shopping around, I said no and hung up. If I had 15k to put down on a car it would not be a ford, I would buy a dodge truck, just being honest. I like your store, even though I think that I am not supposed to as the service seems to say that they are not interested in me but just want money. The oil change center is awesome, the service bay is great, just have not had good experience at the sales end. I wanted an explorer but was willing to settle for an escape. I have had one before and it is about the perfect size for me. A bit larger and can tow stuff. The new bronco is even a consideration. I was not going to write back to you but today I just kept thinking about the encounter and it just made me madder and madder. So I figure that you should hear from me. If there is an approval for 40k to finance, then I know that there is a new vehicle on that lot that fits my bill. The lack of any offers to help make a sale just pissed me off. The explorer and my trade are 55k or more? That just doesn't seem right, there was no wiggle room, no offer of 800$ month payments? Nothing? Feels like I was not part of their plan from the weekend and that they were not interested in making a sale of any kind. Which is very odd for a car dealer and clearly is not the standard that is for sure. Anyway I hope I didn't put too much flavor into this, I will continue my services there. I think that I just can't trust the sales team to want to help me make a deal. I honestly don't expect to hear back from you but I feel better for telling you. I still want a car, would love the explorer but would take an escape or bronco if the numbers can get close. They still have all my info and should be able to get an idea what they can do to make a sale this week. Thank you for your time. More
SHADIEST COMPANY ON EARTH!!!! This dealership finalized an agreement for a car, my husband paid $1,000 in airplane tickets to go pick it up, the shady salesman finally just called him back as he’s boarding an agreement for a car, my husband paid $1,000 in airplane tickets to go pick it up, the shady salesman finally just called him back as he’s boarding the plane telling him he sold it to someone else. We will be suing you for the expenses. Shame on your ugly sales tactics. I’ve been in sales for over 15 years, not only is this unethical but it shows true bottom feeder car salesman at their finest. We will continue to let everyone know just how ugly your company is More

The employees were friendly and I was acknowledged right away. Though I didn’t get my car back at the time they promised. I had to call back twice to check up on it.. Thumbs up 👍. More

I give up!!! We purchased our 2019 F150 from Kendall Ford and once they got our money, they forgot what Customer Service is. We've had our truck in for minor fixes and an oil change. We had to have the Ford and once they got our money, they forgot what Customer Service is. We've had our truck in for minor fixes and an oil change. We had to have the mechanism repaired for the step inside the tailgate, however now the top piece of the tailgate pops off when anything is slid over it. It's a poor design and will need to be repaired AGAIN. When we purchased our truck we had Kendall Ford set up the install of our bed liner "Line X" and within a few months there was a small tear in the liner. I've asked Patrick to help me contact who installed the liner to ask them about repairing it. That was MONTHS ago. I have been to the dealership twice to have this issue resolved. and still nothing. Patrick took photos of the tear and told me he could contact the dealer and it would be repaired. I've called Patrick on his direct line SIX times and twice to the dealership and transferred. I have not heard back from him. Getting fed up, I asked to be transferred to the service manager to see if he could get me the information to set up the appt. myself to have the tear repaired. I have left him two messages and still nothing. Finally, I called the dealership and asked to speak to the dealership general manager. I was transferred to Vince, I left him a voice mail. He called finally called me back. He told me that he would "personally" get me the information and call me back. That was two weeks ago. He had promised to get back to me that day. He did call me back to get some additional information, however, Vince NEVER called back with the information of which "Line X" dealer installed our liner. And again, the covid safety protocol was ignored by both employees and customers the last time I visited the dealership. I would not recommend this dealership for Sales, Service or Repair. Once they have your money, they forget how to treat their customer. I'll be using another dealership for any further service for our truck. And Kendall Ford, please don't sent me that BS reply to contact Ted, the service manager, he's just as worthless when it comes to responding to a customer. We live on So. Whidbey, it's not just a simple trek to the dealership to have things done, it's an all day event or should I say in Kendall Ford's case, "a day wasted". More
I’m giving this a 4 star overall , sales & customer I’m giving this a 4 star overall , sales & customer service is excellent , shop however needs a lot of work to earn my respect you would think after I’m giving this a 4 star overall , sales & customer service is excellent , shop however needs a lot of work to earn my respect you would think after spending 70k on a new truck they could at least leave some diesel in the tank & fill the def tank instead of making the customer drive immediately from the dealer to the pump to fill up all the fluids , so over all I would recommend someone to purchase here as I said sales is excellent maybe the experience would be different if you’re purchasing a Ford after all this is a Ford dealer & I purchased a gmc here maybe there is some brand name racism happening their , as for the shop it will be one cold cold day in h&ll before I let one of their mechanics touch my truck More
This company does NOT consider customer safety as a priority. I’ve had my truck in for maintenance twice during the pandemic, the first time my truck was returned by a technician that was lacking glove priority. I’ve had my truck in for maintenance twice during the pandemic, the first time my truck was returned by a technician that was lacking gloves or a mask. The second time, I voiced my concerns to Damian Wheatcroft and requested that no one enter my truck cab without at least a mask. He assured me he would advise the techs to be more cautious. However, my truck was again returned by a gentleman wearing no safety precautions. I felt this was irresponsible, careless and, quite frankly, scary. I would think twice about having service done here, lest you risk exposure to Covid-19. More
Arrived at my appt. time and entered the service dept. to start the paperwork to have our truck tailgate and the liner in the bed repaired. My service rep was Patrick who was friendly and got things started start the paperwork to have our truck tailgate and the liner in the bed repaired. My service rep was Patrick who was friendly and got things started. I had reserved a loaner, as the repair was suppose to take up to five hours. Our truck was checked in and I waited for my loan vehicle. While waiting, another employee came over with another customer NOT wearing a mask. The sign on all of the dealership doors states that you MUST wear a mask and wear it properly over your nose and mouth, at all times. This customer didn't wear a mask, at all. I finished up signing the papers for my loan vehicle and we walked out to the Ford Fusion. The woman assigning me the car asked if I had driven a "hybred" and said, "it will seem like the car has shut off". I told her that our truck has the same feature, so she handed me the keys and walked away. However, the little car is very different than our truck and the features inside the vehicle should have been gone over, as it was raining and trying to locate the wipers, lights, etc are not the same as the other vehicles I've driven and it would have been reassuring if I had had a little bit of instruction on how the loan vehicle operated. I was gone about an hour and a half when I received a message that our truck repair was completed. When I arrived back and the dealership, I turned in my loan vehicle and waited for our truck to be brought back to the parking area. While waiting an employee entered the service area without a mask and walked around for a minute or so. Other employees wore their masks covering their mouth, but not their nose. And some employees wore their masks under their chin, not covering their faces properly. This is the second time I've brought our truck in for service and the employees aren't wearing their masks properly. I understand that your glasses will fog up if you pull the mask up over your nose, but there are OTHER masks that won't fog your glasses, perhaps Kendall needs to invest in some of those for their employees. When I went out to our truck, I tested the tailgate and it was indeed repaired. However, the liner was NOT. Both items were to be fixed at the same time and my rep. neglected to set up the appt to have the liner repaired. So, I'll have to make another appt. We live on the island, so it's not as easy to get to Kendall for maintenance and repairs. And I had allowed five hours for the repairs to have them completed, but only the broken rod in our new truck tailgate was fixed. The liner will have to be done another day. My rep assured me that he'd make that contact and appt to have the liner fixed. I have not heard from him since. And, I'm disappointed that I'll have to travel over to the dealership to have the liner repaired when I had allowed a day for it and the repair wasn't done. For future maintenance, I'm going to consider another dealership. More
