We had a pre-inspection done here and in the middle of no where on our road trip broke down. The after hours mechanic we found in the next town discovered a filthy air filter. An air filter that this place said passed their inspection. The refuse to refund, their communication is terrible. We are now out an additional $600+ and lost all of our Reservations on our vacation because of the delay. Costing us hundreds more in hotels. All we asked for was a refund of our services and they refuse. After researching this company, I have seen tons of reviews with the same complaints. A class action lawsuit seems the only way to get through to this company. More

I bought an alternator there, it had a bad regulator, they offered to install the replacement, it was there almost a week and a half to do a half hour job. Repeated calls , repeated excuses, or lies.
