We had a really good experience buying our first car at Kendall with Randy Gage who promptly received us very professionally and answered all of our questions during the process that was really easy and st Kendall with Randy Gage who promptly received us very professionally and answered all of our questions during the process that was really easy and straightforward. Because of the good customer care and trust built from Randy, we didn't waste time and decided to come back at Kendall to buy our next car. This time Randy wasn't available but he directed us to Jack Eccleshall, who was also awesome, knowledgeable and very patient showing me and explaining me all different options of the car I was looking for. I really recommend buying cars from Kendall Ford of Marysville because of the awesome staff they have there. More
Overall very disappointing experience they came across very genuine and helpful when selling me a car with a 3 Day no questions asked return policy until I contacted them about exercising that policy then very genuine and helpful when selling me a car with a 3 Day no questions asked return policy until I contacted them about exercising that policy then i was told no problem “ sir it’s only been 48hrs bring it in tomorrow and we will take care of you “ then when i got there it was explained to me by Mario that my guarantee expired yesterday. Ps while i was talking to my salesman on the phone outside who told me I shouldn’t be treated like that the policy is 72 hours he would talk to Vinny in the morning Mario walked by my wife and asked her “Are you still here “ as if she was dismissed and should have left by now. This experience made me feel very stupid for believing a car salesman More

I cannot begin to express my gratitude to the service dept at Kendall Ford. My 2020 F-150 with the 5.0 engine leaking oil from a botched head replacement done at Harris Ford in Lynnwood. W service dept at Kendall Ford. My 2020 F-150 with the 5.0 engine leaking oil from a botched head replacement done at Harris Ford in Lynnwood. When Harris Ford replaced the heads (to fix the oil consumption issue) they broke the dipstick and had to remove the oil pan to get it out. When I got it back it leaked oil on the right side. I took it back in and they said it was the oil pan so they kept it and put me back in a rental car for a week while they tried to fixed the leak. When I got it back the second time it was still leaking and still on the right side.I took it back and this time Harris Ford said that the oil pan was broken and rented me a car for the next six weeks since the oil pans were out of stock. Still leaking so back one more time another week in a rental but when I got it back still leaking worse than ever. So I tried to switch service departments. Kendall Ford got me in after two months when they took my vehicle in they gave me a brand new F150 to drive while they diagnosed my truck. They called me back in the afternoon and gave me the news that the oil pan was fine but the left head gasket was seeping oil and the right head gasket had a substantial oil leak. Kendall submitted that toFord and I was put on a waitlist for a new Crate engine. That was last May, and I was 569 on the list. They took off my off my skid plate, since it was just collecting oil the dumping it on my driveway any way, and let me drive it home. My service advisor at Kendall, Charles Damewood, kept me informed as to my place in line, it seamed as though my new engine would arrive in February or March. Just before Veterans Day Charles called me to tell me that they located a new engine from another dealer but warned me that it could take a while to get it installed since they were very busy and needed to work me in. Plus Thanksgiving weekend was coming but they would put me in a Service loaner again. I just got the truck back last Monday which I hope has ended my long ordeal with this truck. I was out of my truck for a total of 14 weeks, 9 at Harris and 5 at Kendall. My driveway is an oily mess but hopefully this engine doesn’t have any issues. The fact that it came with the original dipstick, tells me that Ford is pretty confident that their new manufactured gen 3 Coyotes are not going to have the oil consumption issues. I would like to thank my Service advisor Charles Damewood and the Service manager Teegan Harp. As well as the parts dept guys who kept an eye out for a new crate engine for my truck. Kendall Ford is about 30 miles from my house but I plan on having my regular maintenance done there for the foreseeable future. More
I would not buy another car from them or recommend them to any friend/family member. Five months ago I bought a used van from Kendall Ford and a week later the check engine light came on. It took two m to any friend/family member. Five months ago I bought a used van from Kendall Ford and a week later the check engine light came on. It took two months and 4 trips to the shop to resolve that issue. In that time they would have the van for a week+ and did not offer a rental to us or return our calls to let us know how long we would be without our van. It felt like pulling teeth to get them to talk to us and we did not feel taken care of during that time. Now here we are with the SAME EXACT error code as the first time. We dropped it off on Monday and called and left messages asking about the status of our van since we now, once again, have to figure out how to get to and from work. If you buy a used vehicle from here I would strongly suggest taking it to an outside mechanic for a second opinion before you sign papers. It might save you from the months of inconvenience and headaches we have had to endure. More
Service department took off my brand new, (2 weeks old) very expensive windshield wipers and replaced them with cheap, crappy ones that just smear the window. When they told me they replaced them during my very expensive windshield wipers and replaced them with cheap, crappy ones that just smear the window. When they told me they replaced them during my service, I said no, the ones I have are high quality and brand new. Service guy just said, oh, sorry, we'll these ones were free. It rained this morning and I can't even see out of my window. These wipers have to be the cheapest ones on the market. Now I have to go buy another new, good set today. Ridiculous. Any service guy that cannot tell that something like that is high quality and brand new has no business working on people's vehicles. They probably put them on their own vehicle! More
