Always a great experience. I went in to get my tires changed from snow tires to summer tires. The always get me in on time and finish early. I also need to talk to them about getting an extended warra changed from snow tires to summer tires. The always get me in on time and finish early. I also need to talk to them about getting an extended warranty and they told me i already had one and it was good until 2023. They explained to me it was third party companies contacting me and to ignore them. I can do that. No matter what my service needs are they alwsys take care of it and timely. I highly recommend them. negative stars So very disappointed and frustrated with service management's ability to manage. My vehicle sat for 10 days with absolutely none of the issues it was So very disappointed and frustrated with service management's ability to manage. My vehicle sat for 10 days with absolutely none of the issues it was there for being repaired. It would be worth it to drive the extra miles to a legitimate Ford dealership to have any work done and probably save yourself a few bucks in the long run. Good Luck More
