When you arrive at the dealership everyone passes you by and ignores you. You have to go out of your way to get someone to help you. They had my car for over a month and when I finally got it back, I had and ignores you. You have to go out of your way to get someone to help you. They had my car for over a month and when I finally got it back, I had to take it back the same day so that they could replace a piece of the windshield cover and have it sealed since it was broken during the service. Then they tried to make it seem like they were doing ME a favor and blaming me for the part that was damaged. More

I paid for tire rotation and they didn't inflat the tire to the specific psi for front and rear, also $192 for tire rotation and oil change is absurd.
