I have two Jeeps (Compass and Wrangler) which have been taken for service. The Compass was returned still missing part, it's been on order now for over four months. The other has been in service now for th taken for service. The Compass was returned still missing part, it's been on order now for over four months. The other has been in service now for three months and the ABS part is still not available. At this point, if you make a purchase, the dealer has no parts for repairing your warranted vehicle. You'll be in a non-jeep rental while making your monthly payment. More

By department: Parts department manager, Felipe is very unpleasant and not the correct person to works with your customers. The Sales department both Paola & Felipe went above and beyond to assist and tr unpleasant and not the correct person to works with your customers. The Sales department both Paola & Felipe went above and beyond to assist and try to fix the error made with minimal stress to me. The gentleman that brings the cars once finished stated (loudly & in spanish) that it was raining and her wasn't going to get wet SO I HAD TO GET MY OWN CAR. I do believe he needs a different position where he's indoors. More
