I have purchased two vehicles from this dealer when I lived near by. Have had great experience for both purchases and with service afterwards. I moved 40 miles north and have not had great experience wit lived near by. Have had great experience for both purchases and with service afterwards. I moved 40 miles north and have not had great experience with the local dealers so I decided it’s worth the 40 mile drive for good service. I have a loan with Doral Lincoln which was dealt with before and Kendall dodge at the moment and the experiences between dealerships and service advisors have been completely different. Jose Lopez knows before and Kendall dodge at the moment and the experiences between dealerships and service advisors have been completely different. Jose Lopez knows exactly how to schedule to accommodate my schedule and for the service to be conducted in a timely manner. Unlike Lincoln they are horrible, the service advisors are not knowledgeable and so hard to get a hold of. Jose Lopez is top notch and super knowledgeable that let’s him excel in his job. If I would’ve known that he would be my advisor I would’ve never bought from Lincoln and would’ve purchased from Kendall Dodge. Things like that is what makes me want to deal with Kendall dodge only, advisors like Jose Lopez is what can change the whole outlook of purchasing a vehicle. Honestly Jose Lopez is the best. Service advisors is what really matters in a dealership because although your sale reps and finance reps matter that’s mostly a 1 time deal. Service advisors are more often seen after purchases and it’s a pleasure dealing with Jose Lopez.
