Customer Service I recently leased a Toyota Prius from Spradley Barr and the whole experience was a good one. But the service did not stop there. On Saturday morning I recently leased a Toyota Prius from Spradley Barr and the whole experience was a good one. But the service did not stop there. On Saturday mornings, you can go in for one-on-one instruction on how to work the electronics such as voice commands, how to show displays on the screen, set up controls. I had about a 45 minute help on the basics of working with the displays on the computerized settings and it was a really big help. Once again, the staff is eager to please and they are really interested in good customer relations. I highly recommend Bob Mormon, who helped me and who has worked with me in the past. You can't go wrong with Spradley Barr. More

Zack offered me help with deciding on what I needed to have serviced with my Lincoln Towncar - He made sure that my oil change alert on my dash was reset, that my oil change was propertly completed and that a through inspection was done. He sat down with me and gave me a thorough feedback on the inspection results. I was very satisfied with the excellent service Zack gave me. I felt confident that I was in the best of hands when I left the dealer. Zack is a great representative of the Spradley Barr dealer. They are fortunate to have him on their team. First Time Car Leaser/Buyer in U.S. I was thankful on how they approved me on car financing when I have no credit score at all since I am new to this country. ( 10 months here ) I first talked to John Austin on the phone for inquiry and then said I am pre approved on a certain amount but then I talked to him again the next day to be sure that I am really approved ( since I need a car badly ) before I come to see him on his office for a deal. He surprised me of saying I am approved with the brand new Toyota RAV4 2016 XLE, shockingly expensive I know for me cause I just wanted the 2014 or 2015 model of either RAV or Highlander or even with a low mileage on it thats the only one that I can afford this time. But yeah thanks to his manager Travis Brown for the approval of my car lease. ( lease then buy! ) I will recommend your company for the new comers whom has no credit scores at yet to visit you. I had received a quote from another shop for $419, yet was charged $199.95 for the parts and work at Spra Took my 2008 Tundra in for new rear brakes. Not only did I save $219, but I got in and out in exactly the time quoted, along with having original Toyota parts. I would highly recommend this shop. More

Waiting for the bad news...? I had a nice, no pressure buying experience. I came in to buy a specific vehicle, but it was no longer there. My sales guy found what I wanted in Fort I had a nice, no pressure buying experience. I came in to buy a specific vehicle, but it was no longer there. My sales guy found what I wanted in Fort Collins and had it in Cheyenne the next day. Being a single female , I wasn't sure what to expect from the car buying experience. But all my questions were answered, and I was carefully shown all the features of the car. I hate to negotiate, so time will tell if I paid too much or buying an extended service contract was a mistake. I hope not. I'll let you know... More
