Impressed! We were shopping for a 4x4 and had a Ram Tradesman to trade in. Three other dealerships wanted to give us a ridiculous amount for our Ram (which was in excellent shape and low miles). Thinking we'll give Spradley Barr a try. As we pulled up, we were greeted by Glace Millard. We told her what we had and what we were looking for. Glace hustled and found us a GMC 3/4 ton 4x4... great shape and drove like a dream. Now for the financing... that's when Spencer Gordon showed up and worked along side of Glace. Their trade in amount was extremely close to NADA pricing and Spencer found an interest rate that was cut in half of what we were paying on our Ram and our monthly payment was also lower! We've purchased many vehicles over the years and never have we had such a smooth process! If and when we decide to trade up again... we'll head straight over to Spradley Barr and ask for Glace and Spencer! You should too... *just sayin'* More

Amazing Customer Service and Care I was recommended to go to Quick Lane for my auto service needs by my best friend who bought an F-150 from Bradley Spar brand new. Since moving to Ch I was recommended to go to Quick Lane for my auto service needs by my best friend who bought an F-150 from Bradley Spar brand new. Since moving to Cheyenne, I have been to several places for auto services getting ripped off, lied to and prices changed after initial price agreement. My friend Noah told me go to Quick Lane at the Ford Dealership and they will take care of you. Well he was absolutely right!!!! Josh Mcgurn and Seth Perriton are awesome! They always help me out with anything I need for my 2009 Hummer after I bought it used. They helped me get my vehicle squared away with all the maintenance it needed at a great price. What really impressed me I was making suggestions on things my vehicle needed not trying to nickel and dime to get pay for services I really didn't need like other places I have been to in the past. Can't put a price on Integrity these days. They have always been friendly and honest with me. If I need anything I call them up and they take care of me. Since then I have bought two sets of tires and multiple services for my Hummer and my Toyota Sienna. I WILL NOT take my vehicles to anyone else period. To be honest the real reason I was sold on Quick Lane wasn't because of the recommendation, price, service or anything else...which don't get me wrong all those are important. I'm a loyal customer because of how I have been treated by Josh and Seth they are stand up guys who are passionate about taking care of customers needs they treat people with respect and make you feel like family when your around. Totally different from what I was used to in the past. Everything was up front and I felt that even if we couldn't strike a deal, I would be welcomed back and treated with respect. They even arranged to have my new vehicle transported to my house via Robert Logan, a salesman...not just somebody available from maintenance or the wash rack, which still would have been okay.
