The salesperson, Brandon Daminy, was very knowledgeable. I appreciates the fact that he was helpful but not at all "pushy". On my second trip to the dealership I sat down with Manager Bob Mormon who actually remembered me from 2004. We arrived at what I considered a fair and we shook hands. When I picked up my car, a few days later, Brandon was very helpful in walking me through the varies systems built into the new Highlander. My wife and I are senior citizens and we greatly appreciated the instruction on the many technical features built into the vehicle. The whole experience was pretty painless. If we are in the market for another car in the future we will certainly be back. More
