Happy customers..again! Yesterday, I called Spradley to set up a test drive and Kevin Harris answered the phone and asked if I could come in that night since there was still Yesterday, I called Spradley to set up a test drive and Kevin Harris answered the phone and asked if I could come in that night since there was still an hour before closing. I was there in 10 minutes and the car was already out front and started. John Spradlin met us and talked about what we are looking for, why we are looking and how this car fit our needs. We took it on a drive and both myself and my husband drove and he was not pushy or rushing us. We decided to purchase the vehicle and they stayed late and got all our paperwork done so we could take the vehicle home that night. We came back the next day and met with Spencer to sign all our papers for the bank. Spencer was quick and thorough. He explained everything but still got us out in time for me to get back to work on my lunch hour. We will only ever use and recommend Spradley Barr! More

While in town purchasing the Tundra tires Nick passed by the service department and saw us sitting there and visited. During the visit we said we would be back in December or the first o the year to look again at purchasing a vehicle. We said we were also considering a low mileage, pre-owned certified RAV-4 too. Nick smiled and the rest is history; we purchased one the next day. Nick is very knowledgeable regarding Toyota products.
