I really appreciate her going at our pace, rather than always trying to close the deal immediately - something I think other salespeople would be wise to emulate. It was also nice to only deal with one person from start to finish - instead of being shuffled off to finance or service like at other dealerships. Overall a very good experience, and I would recommend this dealership, and especially Marna, to others. More
