The salesman was excellent. He was very helpful and personable without being "salesy". Brandon did an excellent job of showing me exactly the kind of cars I was looking for, without pressuring me in directions I did not want to go. Brandon was a big factor in buying the car there rather than spending alot of time running around. It was refreshing to have a positive experience at a dealership for a change. I had given my son a criteria for a car that I would be interested in, and he and Joel had already narrowed the field by the time I got there. And, I fell in love with the Ford Escape they showed me. I took it for a drive and was so impressed. Joel did a great job explaining its features and value for the price. And I mean, he went into detail (per my request). He was great!
