Took my still under warranty 2017 f150 to Loveland Ford for an oil pan leak. I was told I would have to pay for the repair out of my own pocket. Left upset and went straight to Spradley Barr Ford and I sp for an oil pan leak. I was told I would have to pay for the repair out of my own pocket. Left upset and went straight to Spradley Barr Ford and I spoke with Kelsey McGarry. Kelsey was wonderful to work with and very helpful. She said this is a warranty repair. We scheduled a time to bring the truck in and she even set me up with a loaner vehicle for the 3 days required to do the repairs. Thank you so much for honesty, integrity, and great customer service.
