They were quick to help another dealership that we bought the truck from. Genesis was unable to fix our warranty work so they took out to Ken Garff and they took over the the repairs. They were easy to work the truck from. Genesis was unable to fix our warranty work so they took out to Ken Garff and they took over the the repairs. They were easy to work with and got the job done in a timely matter. My other truck was having issues and I dropped it off at the dealership on Sunday and they got my truck diagnosed the next day in the morning and had the part to fix it and i was able to pick up my truck the next day. They even took care of calling the warranty company to make sure my work was going to be covered and made experience very easy and satisfactory. More

I took my car In and they were able to figure out the issue. I was told the car would be done by the end of the day as it was an easy fix. I never got a call so just before the end of the day I called an issue. I was told the car would be done by the end of the day as it was an easy fix. I never got a call so just before the end of the day I called and no one answered. I drove to the dealership only to find out it wasn’t done. I got a call early the next morning so I went to get my car and was informed it actually was done the night before but there was a lack of communication within the dealership. I got my car back and there’s fingerprints on the paint, they left the paper number on the floor of the passenger seat annd overall just not a good experience. The people in customer service didn’t really acknowledge my presence until they had to if at all. More
