Josh took good care of our car and us even though the waiting room was packed. reasonable time for our service/appointment. Brought my car in for a quoted 1 1/2 hour time allowance that took 2 hours. Went into customer waiting area to get a cup of coffee and the machine was down. Needed coffee beans. The female employee that ser that took 2 hours. Went into customer waiting area to get a cup of coffee and the machine was down. Needed coffee beans. The female employee that services the machine said she didn't have time and would get to it. Two hours later as I was leaving she was servicing the machine. The showroom was empty of customers at this time. I could have brought my own coffee. I gave the service rep a coupon for a $49.00 oil change when I came in. I discovered the error when I was checking out. Went to pickup my car and it wasn't washed. Found attendent and had him run it through. More
