I went to Ken Ganley looking for a new car. Nick Marshall was very helpful in helping me consider my options and select a new vehicle that met my needs. I ordered a new RAV4. As I waited for it Nick Marshall was very helpful in helping me consider my options and select a new vehicle that met my needs. I ordered a new RAV4. As I waited for it to come in, he regularly gave me updates regarding the expected arrival time and was very helpful showing me how to utilize all the features of my new car. My service (new timing belt, water pump, fan belts) went well and was completed in a timely manner. Josh kept me up to date with the status of the repair. The service technician returned my vehicle clean well and was completed in a timely manner. Josh kept me up to date with the status of the repair. The service technician returned my vehicle clean inside (no grease anywhere). Everything about my service was positive.
