This could be the most dishonest , fraudulent dealership ive ever encountered in my 30 years of buying cars. Tried to purchase a brand new Camry and was actually given the incorrect car and situation has st ive ever encountered in my 30 years of buying cars. Tried to purchase a brand new Camry and was actually given the incorrect car and situation has still not been resolved . They say they thought I knew I was buying a different car with less options yet even their own salesman thought he was selling me a car with the cold weather package and conviennce package as he showed it to me in person and went over those options with me before I signed the paperwork. Why would I suddenly think I was buying a different car then the one I just looked at before we signed the paperwork to buy it ? Their explanation makes no sense. They even apologized for the mistake and offered half the difference but why should I pay for half their mistake ? I paid 30k for a brand new car and expected to get the correct car I agreed to purchase and the car I was shown before I signed to purchase it . They are saying the vin on the car matches the paperwork which I don't deny but that is only because of the mistake they made by showing me and letting me take home a different car which is the car I thought I was buying. When I showed up that day to buy the car the salesman showed it to me and went over everything and how it works and made sure I was happy with it before we signed the paperwork. I liked and signed the paperwork but had no idea the vin on the car he just showed me didn't match the vin on the paperwork. Is it really my job to check the vin on the car against the vin on the purchase agreement ? I don't know many consumers that do that when they purchase a car it seems like the dealership should be doing that not the customer. Also is it really ok for a dealership to show me a different car before I sign the paperwork and then the next day switch the cars on me ? Doesn't that kinda seem like fraud to you ? Had they shown me the correct car with the correct vin that day I would have never purchased the car because it would have been very obvious the options were missing from the car and this whole nightmare would have been avoided and I wouldn't be out 30k for a car I didn't agree to purchase. I'm just really confused why I am getting stuck paying for the mistakes made by this dealership More
Over all the service was nice. The follow up customer service great. I needed a car immediately and went there and was able to drive a 2025 Rav 4 hybrid with under 25,000 miles The follow up customer service great. He was easy to talk to and made it feel like we were old friends catching up. The other sales employees in the dealership were also very professional and courteous. Matt initially came out to help us but wanted to make sure we weren't assigned to anyone, so he went back inside to check with his coworkers to see who our assigned sales representative was. Omar from the financing department was also extremely nice. He made us feel at ease and we tried to find the most financially practical arrangements. Kenny the sales manager came over to us and greeted us as well as thanked us for our purchase once we were complete. The dealership was clean and so were the bathrooms. The service area seems to be very updated and had comfortable waiting areas. All in all, it was a good car buying experience and I would recommend this dealership to others. More

I purchased a used Tacoma (as/is - no warranty) after having the truck over a month I went to use the 4-wheel drive because of snow covered roads and the truck just didn't handle like it should. I found having the truck over a month I went to use the 4-wheel drive because of snow covered roads and the truck just didn't handle like it should. I found an issue that could be causing the ill handling and contacted my salesman Jesse just to see if they could help with the issue. Jesse was quick with a response, and the dealership covered the cost for the issue with no hassle. When it comes time to buy or trade, I will be making the 4-1/2 hour trip back to Ken Ganley Toyota Akron. More
I ordered a Grand Highlander from this dealership at the end of the summer and picked it up on October 6th. MY salesman was Jesse Willig. They required a $2000 NON-REFUNDABLE to order the vehicle. As a reti end of the summer and picked it up on October 6th. MY salesman was Jesse Willig. They required a $2000 NON-REFUNDABLE to order the vehicle. As a retired teacher, I'll simply give my impression of grades for the three folks I had interactions with or simply had effects from dealing with them. I never met the sales manager (so I can't give you a name) but he's the only one I truly couldn't give a passing grade in any area. In my grade book, he gets a D- It's that low because he's the only one who never took time to meet and greet me (even though i was dropping $55k at his store. He low balled me several times on my trade-in value. I wanted to sell my trade in at home but I was told that would cost me my $2000 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. I moved him up from a F because he did raise the trade in value to match another Ohio dealership. I also take some ownership in not researching the value of my car before beginning the deal. Jeremy Dean was the one I dealt with in Finance. Since I was an out of state buyer, there was a possibility that this could be a nightmare. However, it was not. I thought they made me wait too long to begin but the process went smoothly. The only thing here that displeased me was they ignored my down payment. He said the amount I wanted to put down was not needed since my credit was fine for the purchase with the trade in. I had planned to wait three months to pay it off so the dealership could get some money back from the finance company but I just paid the whole loan off within 30 days. I had originally grade Jeremy out as a B but he provided assistance several times in getting my paperwork through the various channels so I graded him as an A- Of course, i had the greatest amount of interactions with the salesman so I graded him in four areas. I gave him an A in the area of having the car prepared for me to take delivery, It had been cleaned and all additional accessories were there. That area was without complaint. Face to face interaction at the dealership only graded out as a C. He was distracted and kept leaving us and going somewhere else. I finally saw he was working another deal while we were trying to finish up. For example, he said he would help us transfer all of the items in our old car to our new car. Didn't happen because he was outside talking with another couple. Of course we were capable of doing it ourselves but don't tell us one thing and do something else. The grade was originally a D but he provided links to lodgings and ice cream so I had to move it up due to extra credit. The worst area was in showing us the features of the car and how all of the tech worked. In this area, he failed the course work. Yes, he did connect my phone but that was the sum total of his help. The 26 GHL was significant enough from my 22HL that the trip home was rough. A straight grade of F in this area :( The most important area to me was his consistency from the beginning of the process until the end. In this area, he was excellent! Nothing changed from August to pickup day in October. No last minute surprises, no last minute added fees, The price we originally agreed upon was the price I paid. I would buy from Jesse again in the future but I would probably avoid having a trade in. Jesse gets an A. More
