I would like to give a shut out to the service department at Ken Ganley Subaru in North Olmsted. I called looking for a part, a front grill under the headlight, for my Subaru Impreza & Josh on the phone agr at Ken Ganley Subaru in North Olmsted. I called looking for a part, a front grill under the headlight, for my Subaru Impreza & Josh on the phone agreed to price match the part to the one on line. When I have arrived the same evening, Kenny had already the part ready for me & called the mechanic Wyatt to install it for me. The part wasn’t the right fit (which was my fault), but Kenny quickly found the right one in stock & Wyatt installed it for me right away despite the obstacle during installation ( some screw was in the way). These guys went extra mile & made me feel like a very valued customer! Thank you Josh, Kenny & Wyatt! My 2020 Subaru Impreza looks like brand new now! More

I genuinely hate shopping for a new vehicle. I decided I would stop at VW in North Olmsted. I Met Bill Chapmen as I walked in the door.
