*BBB SERVICE DEPARTMENT D- RATING* Service Department scams and lies to their customers about work not performed on customers vehicles. Had another Subaru Service Department try to verify the 'repair'. T scams and lies to their customers about work not performed on customers vehicles. Had another Subaru Service Department try to verify the 'repair'. They could not. The work video sent to me did not match my vehicle. I was told I had aftermarket products in my vehicle, when all Service had been performed at this location prior to this incident. Verify your repairs. Do not accept vague paperwork. Instead of apologizing, Mark the service manager was rude. All he needed to do was apologize and refund my money, not continue the lies. Always contact Subaru of America. I did. Forwarded all videos and pics to them. They found Ganley Westside Subaru's behavior toward me suspicious. Corporate is refunding my money. Avoid these Quota/Bonus concerned individuals who will pick your pocket. More
