Not very satisfied with this dealership or their procedures. I called and made an appointment the end of March for repairs and recalls that needed done on my Kia and was going to have them done whil procedures. I called and made an appointment the end of March for repairs and recalls that needed done on my Kia and was going to have them done while I was on a vacation in May. Waited all that time for the appointment to be done for the dealership to tell me they don't accept any payments over the phone or any other payments other than to come in and walk in. We were picking the vehicle up on a Sunday and needed to pay online or over the phone and they wouldn't let us and they ended up canceling our appointment and told us to reschedule without any any answers or solutions to getting my car repairs done. And then the next day a salesman called to ask if we wanted to sell the car and when I told him about the situation from the day prior with my appointment he was stunned and apologized and hung up! Not very impressed with the communication or procedures. Not to mention you don't put the customer first. There are very few Kia dealers in the area so we are limited to where we can take the vehicle too! Very unacceptable. I've never heard of a dealership doing anything like this before! More

Service did not do due diligence on used car that broke down 9 days after warranty was over. They did not admit that anything could of been messed up on their end of service and couldn't care less if a fat down 9 days after warranty was over. They did not admit that anything could of been messed up on their end of service and couldn't care less if a father couldn't afford the repair the vehicle and get their son to school even though they willingly sold a car that shouldn't have passed safety inspections. I would gladly never return to this dealer and urge anyone else to avoid it. More
