We traded in our 2010 Accord for the 2013 model. James Nguyen was our salesperson and he complied in responding to everything we needed. James is a very relatable person as he is a family man. I was looking to trade an eclipse for a larger vehicle but it was difficult finding a sales person that seemed like they were there to help me. I went to eight dealerships. It seemed none of them could do the simplest of tasks like listen to what I was looking for in my next vehicle. If they didn't have it they expected me to pay more for the exact opposite. One day I was heading to North Olmstead and took a wrong turn. I found Ganley Honda. The weather was terrible but it did not keep Dave from walking into the rain and ask if there was a particular model I was interested in.
