Once you leave the lot they don't want to talk to you again or keep their end of the deal. I have been waiting on paperwork that was going to be over nighted for almost 2.5 weeks now and still have not r again or keep their end of the deal. Andrew was my salesman and he was great from the time I pulled up on the lot! He had the vehicle we discussed by phone parked outside and ready for a test drive!! Don't buy from this place! !! I bought a car in September and less than a month later, it won't start because the battery in the key fob died and disabled the car. They promis !! They promised when I bought the car to replace the battery and now, will do nothing to help! Buy from a more reputable place. If you're on the Eastside, I've bought cars from a dealership in Chardon before and really wish I had shopped there first. Definitely stay away from Logan. He is rude and a liar. If he cared about his customers, he would do as promised and provide me a key replacement. More

Do not buy here unless you bring your mechanic. An absolute nightmare, purchased a vehicle and malfunctioned on the second day. They did nothing to help the situation.
