Great experience! I want to start with expressing my extreme satisfaction with the service I received. I was involved in a crash and my vehicle was "repaired" in Common I want to start with expressing my extreme satisfaction with the service I received. I was involved in a crash and my vehicle was "repaired" in Commonwealth VW" as this is the closest one to my work. They repaired the body work, but disregarded the noise the air suspension was making. They stated that everything is normal. I insisted on a second evaluation and they kept the car for 3 more days just to determine that nothing was wrong. Basically, they did not want to deal with the insurance company and trying to prove that the damage was in a result of the crash. Knowing my vehicle very well, I went to Kelly VW and met with Andei. I explained everything to him and showed him the noise that concerned me. He confirmed that this noise is out of the ordinary. He put me in a loaner car and took mine for evaluation. When the evaluation was complete, he confirmed that the air compressor was not working properly and needed to be replaced. He stated all of this in writing and I was able to go back to the insurance. The appraiser looked and the paperwork and he wanted to see for himself. Andrei took the car apart and scheduled the inspection with the appraiser. In another day, we received the authorization for the repair. The insurance company paid $3000+ for the repair. Andrei's efforts and persistence made the difference in the process. If it was up to Commonwealth VW, I would have been stuck with a $3000 bill a year from now, when the compressor actually stops working. I am very happy and will use this dealership only from this point forward. I also got "white glove treatment" that is expected for BMW or Mercedes. I got a complimentary loaner vehicle for 2 weeks and he had my car washed. Andrei, took care for all insurance paperwork and made this process very easy for me. More

Courteous and efficient I was met by a smile by Jim Mcnally even though I had not called in. He took my information and he fixed me up with a loaner car.
