Usually have good service but not this time I scheduled an appt for my 2015 CRV. It was my second appointment with my vehicle which I bought at Kelly Honda. I have been a customer there for the last 7 years and this is the 3rd vehicle I purchased there. When I showed up for service, I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for $49.99. However, when I asked what service they would recommend for my 2nd visit (car has 7500miles on it) i was told that the B service was what they recommend. Asked about using the coupon and was told they had a better coupon for me. They proceeded to come back to me and first tell me that one of my taillights was out and it would cost $28 to replace. Asked about being covered under warranty and the service rep said it is routine maintenance. For a vehicle that is 6months old? I told her to repair it as it needed to be done and walk out to the service area and find my truck is sitting in the service bay as if it was already completed. I then ask another service rep and come to find out that they had replaced the bulb already before they told me. turns out it was covered by warranty. Then I received the bill which was $154 for the B plan. this was $100 more then I was expecting to pay and was shown what the B Service covers. outside of the oil change and tire rotation which I could have had for $50 everything else was visual inspection. Hard to believe that a truck with 7K miles would need its brakes inspected as well as other areas. Shouldn't everything work properly. They also tried to charge me $8 for the bulb they replaced which was now supposed to covered so they had to credit me for the bulb. Lastly I had asked them not to wash my truck but to vacuum it as they offered. My truck was not vacuumed and I found a drink bottle in my cup holder that did not belong to me. I have had much better service at kelly in the past and frankly feel that they did not provide me with the best service or advice during my most recent visit. very disappointed. More
Katherine is the best! Katherine took care of and my car during a scheduled service. She helped me in selecting the best coupon, then returned my coupon when I did not need it. She is efficient and professional. I am glad to have her assisting me at Kelly Honda. More

like visiting family. We have been customers of Kelly service since the purchase of our 2008 Pilot in November of 2007. Right from the very first time I brought my vehicl We have been customers of Kelly service since the purchase of our 2008 Pilot in November of 2007. Right from the very first time I brought my vehicle in from it's first oil change. This first visit is when you address any concerns with your new vehicle, what I like to call the shake down cruise. We had a small list of questions about issues We were concerned about. All were addressed in the most refreshing manner I have ever encountered at a dealership. Everyone was eager to introduce themselves and made me feel comfortable, and confident. Which is important to me because even though I would be the one bringing the Pilot in for service, I knew my wife would feel the same way. By the time I left, I felt as if I was the most important person in the place. As the years have past, and I continued to come in for various service and maintenance visits, I have grown to feel as I was visiting family, share a laugh, a few happy stories of what was new in our lives, all done while checking the Pilot in for what ever was being done during that visit. I have had the pleasure of meeting almost all of the techs, all of the service reps, and have even had several chats with the service manager Mike But most of my visits have been with Ariel Vittini. Before Kelly Honda I was never one to continue bringing my vehicle to any dealership after the warranty had expired. Honda has a great reputation for producing quality vehicles , But Kelly Honda service is what will make me consider buying Honda again when the time comes. Lets be honest here, you really do not have much contact with your sales person after you take delivery. It is the service department that you will see more often. I have over 96,000 miles on my pilot, and have never had any service done anywhere else. This includes all oil changes, and two sets of tires. Now how often do you here of people buying tires at a dealership once let alone twice. This is because I have been treated with respect and have always been able to get a great price as well as timely service time after time.
