Disappointment I usually have a good experience with Kelly Honda. This last visit did not meet my expectations. I had an oil change and asked if a service technici I usually have a good experience with Kelly Honda. This last visit did not meet my expectations. I had an oil change and asked if a service technician would be able to check out a grinding noise that sounded that it was coming from the front end of my car. I was called when the work was completed and it was explained to me what the problem was with my car. I informed the service agent at the time that I was unable to pay for the repairs at this time that I would have to wait until my next pay check. When I picked up my car the noise was so loud that I felt I could not drive my car. I immediately turned around and returned to the dealership. It was then that I was informed that the technician tried to straighten out what was bent. Luckily I was not in need of a loaner. I was disappointed that I was not given a 10% discount for the inconvenience of having to have the repair done immediately. I ended up having to rob Peter to pay Paul More
