I have for some time considered taking my car to others than Honda and recently did so for exhaust system problem and was very satisfied with the service. My recent visit to Honda for an "A6" level service including oil/filter change, transmission and rear differential oil changes as my "other" service provider was too busy at the time. The Honda representative did an excellent job, they have always been helpful and informative, and the service was performed well and relatively quick. The "A6" service also includes replacing the air filter and the cabin filter which I decided to do myself. In so doing I realized the air filter enclosure, the top-to-bottom part which are held together with 4 screws, had only one working fastener/screw, the other tree were so rusted together that someone had sheared them off and just left them broken. All the prior work replacing air filters on this car has been done by Honda but I was never told there was a problem with these screws. For some it may seem small perhaps but, the car belongs to me and I'm paying for the service and expect to be informed about something broken so I may decide if to repair/replace/leave "as is". I will from now on schedule my service with the "other"provider unless they can't perform the work required in which case I will take it to a Honda dealer. More

We immediately started receiving internet quotes via email. Kelly Honda called us just as we were opening their email. It all happened within 30 seconds of pushing the button on TruCar.com. They gave us the best quote and of all the dealers who quoted, and they were the closest - only 7 miles away. We made an appointment for Sunday afternoon. We met with Angel, our Salesman, with whom we made the deal on the new vehicle and the value of our trade-in. We drove the CR-V home that day! It was a pleasant buying experience. Angel was the consummate professional; he gave us space when we wanted to talk things over and was readily available when we were ready. The sales room was neat and clean, the salespeople were courteous and nicely dressed, and the support staff were polite and helpful. More
