I have bought many cars in my lifetime but never had an experience as positive as this. Every employee my wife, son and I dealt with was knowledgeable & polite, most particularly Beth Wong, the Internet M experience as positive as this. Don called us a week after the sale and said he had located an additional key, which he sent to us, something he certainly did not have to do. The car I bought, a 2007 Jeep Compass, was very fairly priced and there was little room for negotiation, which is fine. The vehicle was as advertised, in excellent condition & Pre-Owned Certified warrantied by Chrysler. Don showed us the paperwork detailing all the work that the dealership had put into the car before it was ready for sale. It was an impressive list. Tom Carey, the manager, stepped in when there was a slight hitch concerning paperwork & quickly solved the problem. We drove from New York to buy this car [very difficult to find one of these with manual transmission & the Limited trim package], which took 3 hours, but it was worth it. I now understand why Kelly has the rating that it does. More

We decided that it was time to replace my aging SUV, and went back to Kelly where we had bought it. I had taken my son with because I wanted his input about how the ride was from the backseat. He was polite, knowledgable and helpful. He also included my son in the discussions about the car and it's features. The original SUV didn't work out, but then I found a mini van that suited our family needs better. Tyrrell was helpful in arranging a test drive on a Monday and we were in the car by Thursday night. Sandy in finance was great and made the process as painless as possible. This was much appreciated since we had both kids with us. The only negatives about the situation were the fact that a screwdriver was left in the van which I now need to go back and return and the fact that we were given the van with the tank practically on empty. It was so close to empty that the low fuel light lit up on the way from Emmaus to Macungie. I was not happy to have to stop for gas near 8pm at night with two kids in the van. I'm not sure whose responsibility it was to check the gas status, but I sure would have appreciated some in the tank. Other than these two instances the transaction was great. I would recommend the dealership to others and would go back to purchase another vehicle. Mary K More

Came into Kelly's on a recommendation from a friend who works in the office there. Being a taller person, it's not easy finding a car with ample leg room. Mike H, the sales rep, had a selection of cars ready for me to look at. Did some test drives and wasn't really impressed until he brought out the key for the 2010 Dodge Charger (my ideal car). After sitting in it and realizing that I needed to move the seat up, I was hooked. The car was silver, which isn't really a color I was looking for. Mike said that they could look at the auctions to find a color more to my liking. Worried that the car might be out of my price range we set up a list of criteria, and informing him of downpayment and trade in information the hunt was on. All this occured on a Wed, and Saturday morning he called informing me of a 2010 Dodge Charger SXT (red) they had found. The car itself matched all the criteria that we set up, with payments toward the higher end of what I was able to pay a month. I was estatic and thanks to all the hard work that Mike in sales and Mike in finance did, I was able to go back 1 week later with my down payment and drive the car home. We were able to add a 4yr/75k warranty on to it for a little bit more per month, still within my payment plan. While the paperwork was being put together, Mike H gave me a tour of the service dept staff and explained the services offered for their customers. All in all these guys at Kelly's were very friendly and courteous, and more than willing to take the steps to make the car buying experience a pleasant one. I will refer friends to them if they are looking to make a purchase of a new or used auto. More

I visited another dealership just to compare inventory and was completely overwhelmed buy the pushiness of the sales rep at that dealership. I immediately returned to Kelly for one last test drive and purchased the car later that week. I would highly recommend Steve as a sales rep as well as the dealership as a whole. My dealings with everyone there, from the finance department to the nice sales rep who assisted in helping set up my phone with the car, was a completely pleasant experience. I thank them all. More

Steve Harris was great to work with. I called with a question on leasing but was not really sold on leasing a new vehicle for my 16 year old son. Steve worked with me to get me the most benefit for my price. Michael Curry in finance handled the financing with out a hitch. Shortly after we got the Wrangler home we noticed the slightest drip under the Jeep. I called and Steve immediately told me to bring it in for Dan in service to look at it. I got a call back within about 2 hours from Dan saying he spoke with Rick and they were going to fix it under the warranty that Steve had provided at the time of the sale. They completed the work in the time frame quoted and my son is back on the road with a great Jeep Wrangler that is sure to be the envy of all his friends. At this writing I can honestly say I am very satisfied with my total experience from sales to financing to service at Kelly Jeep. More
