She made the whole process quick, painless and easy. We met with over 10 dealers over the last few weeks and she was by far the best. Two experiences years apart and nothing changed. A few years back we looked at a year old used Jeep Unlimted. We would got nothing but a payment put in front of us. No number for our trade and no price on the vehicle, just a payment number and high pressure...but we walked. Recently we looked at another 1 year old used vehicle, told it was a "program car." Experience was the same, no numbers, just payments and pressure. The vehicle CarFax turned it up a rental out of Chicago O'Hare so it was no wonder any concerns we had about it were quickly dismissed. Upon getting to the point to sign the papers, we finally saw the numbers. After hours of going back and forth, the vehicle price was not discounted and our trade value was $2k less than anywhere else we had visited. After laying their "payment game" all we ended up with was a full retail price deal, squat for our trade and walking away after wasting an afternoon. Shame on me for ever going back there a second time. More
