Both Larry and Zack exceeded our expectations in both price and customer service. We just came off a lease on a high end import and where looking for an american made suv. Kelly was the first dealer we visited and had intensions of working the Lehigh Street auto mile. Larry greeted us and was very friendly ask what we where looking for and put us together with Zack. He showed us a few vehicles adn we where unsure about what we really wanted in both type and color. It was getting toward dusk and we found something we thought we might light but were unsure about the color. They let us take the vehicle home overnight so that we would be able to see it in the daytime. Zack called us at home to ask what we thought, we told him we where still not sold and would be coming back to the dealer to return the vehicle. When we got to the dealer we where 50/50 on looking at other makes and Zack let Larry know that. Larry sat down with us and wanted to know what he could do to get us in the vehicle. He gave us a new monthly rate lower than the original one we received during our firt visit and beat that by another $15 per month for a total of almost $50 less than the original number. Deal was done and Zack helped us close all the paperwork and went through the vehicle with us. This was one of the best vehicle purchase/lease experinces we have ever had. Available info online was extensive before I even step foot on the dealer's lot. When we finally had the opportunity to test drive, we were very pleased with the prompt service. They, as a team, had us foot on the dealer's lot. When we finally had the opportunity to test drive, we were very pleased with the prompt service. As the team was leaving to go home, the two service men helping us very cheerfully finished-up on the last of the paperwork. I was very satisfied with all the help that i have gotten from both Christian and Larry. they were very helpful and worked with us. I would definately sent others to there dealership and send them to the guy from both Christian and Larry. they were very helpful and worked with us. He was very warm and friendly and not trying to push us into a purchase that we were not ready to make. He was very informative about the 3 different classes of the Jeep Liberty and allowed us to see the differences for ourselves. Buying a car is a very big purchase, especially around the holidays, and we felt no pressure at all to make an immediate decision. I certainly hope that more salesmen take lessons from Brian. You don't have to be pushy to make a sale! We will absolutely recommend your dealership to our friends and family when looking for a new car. I visited this dealer today having been to another Chrysler dealer earlier in the week and not being satisfied with the offer I had received there. In my earlier visit, I waited for almost 10 minutes before someone from sales approached me to ask if I was being taken care of. Upon entering Kelly Chrysler today, I was immediately greeted by Anna and we sat down to talk about purchasing a Grand Cherokee. After going through some details and taking a test drive, I still wasn't convinced I was getting the best price. That's when manager Larry Beckett actually came over and sat down with me to go over the differences in price with the vehicle on his lot and the one I drove at another dealership. Once we determined the differences in options between the 2 trucks and the other dealership's price was still a bit lower, Larry immediately said he would sell me his Jeep at their price...no questions asked. I've never been treated so well at any car dealership in my life, the people here went out of their way to make me feel like my business was important to them. I could have driven out of the dealership with my new Jeep today if I hadn't told them I needed time to clean out my old truck first! I can't say enough about how well my transaction went today, I feel both Anna and Larry went the extra mile and it was truly appreciated. More
