Purchase of 2014 Jeep Compass Latitude After searching the Internet, Kelly had the type of car we were looking for (Jeep Compass). There are closer dealerships to where we live, but thought After searching the Internet, Kelly had the type of car we were looking for (Jeep Compass). There are closer dealerships to where we live, but thought we'd give Kelly a try (first time there). Robert Crail greeted us immediately, let us drive the car, answered many questions. Many phone calls and texts were made that night with more of our questions answered as well as some discussion on the price.The next day we went to another dealership and drove a Compass Sport. Didn't compare in comfort to the Compass Latitude (couldn't adjust the seat height on the Sport). Called Kelly back and agreed on a price. Next day we bought the car. Robert Crail was very helpful since we also had to negotiate the price of our trade-in .We appreciated the professional printouts regarding the trade-in value of our car rather than being told "we think this is what it is worth." The whole process went smoothly due to the professionalism of the staff and the excellent service of Rob Crail. More
