Arrogant staff, especially the sales managers, and the service department acts like you are burdening them by bring in your vehicle for service work or recalls. Good luck talking to someone then after the problems take place. Ive called numerous times to the managers and emailed as well with no return emails or phone calls. I even tried to buy a new $50,000 truck recently and after test driving it with Brian Spangler, they never even called me back to go forward with the purchase. Dave Vrabel in the service department was condemning me for bringing my new vehicle then, THAT I HAD TO BUY AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP, for a safety recall. This is VERY common for people from around the area so I'm not sure where all these glowing reviews are coming from since 80%+ of the people Ive talked to will never step foot in there again. We buy almost exclusively Chrysler products and we will never shop here again! More

He showed me around the service area and explained what to do and were to drop off the Jeep when I come in for service. I told the employee I was eligible for a discount through my job and that was completely ignored. I ended up leasing an Infiniti sedan, with meow equipment, for almost $200/month less. It seemed like the salesman was more concerned with leaving to go home than he was with a "lay down spot" so to speak. Your loss. More
