I had a bunch of negative equity from my old car and not much money to put down. The salesperson Jim Baab went above and beyond with trying to help me secure a good deal. Jim worked hard and kept at it until we got a deal that was good. The sales manager Brian was an honest man and worked with Jim and Me to give me a great deal. I have no complaints with this dealership at all. They were extremely honest throughout the entire process and kept in contact with me and kept me informed throughout the entire process. If you want a great vehicle from someone who truly cares for your interests, talk to Jim Baab. Even after I purchased my jeep, Jim has kept in contact with me and has helped facilitate getting my vehicle detailed twice and always responds to any questions I have. The guy is top notch. Worked Hard To Make Me Satisfied! I received a letter from Kelly Mitsubishi offering to buy back my 2014 Outlander... which I wasn't really happy with. I wanted a Jeep. So off to Kelly I received a letter from Kelly Mitsubishi offering to buy back my 2014 Outlander... which I wasn't really happy with. I wanted a Jeep. So off to Kelly we went looking for a payoff on my Outlander lease and looking for a trade. I told Terrell (my first contact because he sold me the Outlander) and he put me in touch with Anthony. I was up front that I'd probably be a very difficult customer to satisfy because I'm quite picky. I test drove a Wrangler because that is what I really wanted. We did the numbers and it was a price I just wasn't happy with. Redid the numbers and it still didn't work, so I was ready to leave. Terrell suggested a Dodge Caliber, but I felt it sat too low and was way more car than I needed. I test drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee and loved it. Color red just like I wanted. Only problem was it had black fender flares which I really didn't like. That was my main sticking point on a lot of vehicles...I don't like black plastic on my cars. I was 95% happy with the Jeep but just couldn't get past the plastic. Anthony had the idea to check to see if they could be painted or swapped out. Low and behold the body shop said yes and we closed the deal that day. I told Anthony & Terrell I'd probably be the worst customer they'd encounter in a long time. They worked hard to make me a very happy customer. Loving the new Jeep. More
