Excellent Purchase Experience I initially contacted Tony as I was responding to a specific car advertised on Kelly's web site. We made an appointment. Tony brought out another (third) car for us to consider - a splendid, gorgeous 2017 BMW 330i. Blue!! This beauty was an even better deal that the ones which brought us here. Tony was outstanding! He knew my transportation needs and wants, he knew how I was purchasing a vehicle, and he knew what I should really have to drive. Tony took the time to explain where we were in the purchase process from the GM approval , finance options, warranty and even scheduled 1st oil change appointment. We took a tour of the service area and all this with the virus limitations. We were introduced to each person involved in the purchasing process and kept informed as we went through to final purchase.
