Tyler was perfect. He was easy to work with, the type of individual I prefer dealing with in these scenarios. On the other hand, when I took possession of BOTH vehicles; I was less than impressed with the detail shown in cleaning and detailing my new vehicle. Once I got the vehicle home; it was clear that the inside had not been touched; and the bed of the vehicle, along with the back window was just plain dirty...quite apparent these areas had not been touched as well. I quick hose off and wipe down is all it got. I had a similar experience when I purchased my 2014 from Kelly. Pretty disappointing considering what is at stake purchasing a new vehicle these days. New vehicle I give high marks (A+++) to the sales person Jordan Ashby. He is an asset to your dealership...pleasant and courteous. If I need to go car shopping again in the near future and he is still at your dealership, I would specifically ask to work with him again. There was a glitch in the transaction inasmuch as there was no follow-up with my insurance company by the dealership (not Jordan) to provide the VIN and Lessor information once all the numbers were agreed upon and papers signed. I was told "Finance" would call my insurance company and provide this information. Not knowing what goes on behind the scenes when processing paperwork, I assumed every detail would be taken care of. I reside in New Jersey; I leased this new vehicle in PA. I left your dealership about 5:30 on Tuesday, June 30. I drove home to NJ 2 days later from my daughter's house in PA. I called my insurance company on Friday, July 3 to verify all of my automobile insurance coverage; and that is when I was informed that the 2020 Jeep Cherokee I leased was not on my policy. YIKES! So essentially, I drove home with no auto insurance. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! The customer is relying on the dealership to make sure every "t" and "i" is crossed and dotted. If there is a next time for me, before I leave a dealership, I'll make sure I call my insurance company to double check that the policy is in order and in full force. So, please inform all your staff about NJ insurance laws. And for this reason, below I rate the "quality of work" (paperwork, that is) 4 stars! And there is another possible glitch pending. I asked that my registration and NJ plates from my 2010 Jeep Liberty be transferred to the new vehicle. I was given a run-around answer by John, the Finance person, that he didn't think that could be done, that he didn't know if it could be done... with no explanation as to why not. I did it myself for my husband's vehicle when we purchased a car in New York. Why would PA have a problem with doing the same? New Jersey did not have a problem when I transferred my husband's then current plate to his new vehicle. Is it that the title person doesn't want to be bothered with such a transaction? And is this "title work" outsourced by your dealership? I've had this NJ Olympic plate for 10 years. I want to keep it. So, I'm still waiting on the outcome of this registration.
