So Taylor greeted me upon my entry to the lot she was kind and open I knew I was going to have to talk to somebody and she seemed pleasant enough. She openly admitted that she was still learning and then her knowledge and some of the vehicles was still growing I appreciated that. She explained to me things that I didn't know and we learned together. Throughout the whole process I never felt pressure she was very understanding and accommodating.
