I was deliberating between a F150XL and I came in inquiring about a Sierra 1500 and Steve's professionalism and helpfulness was the deciding factor. I was deliberating between a F150XL and the Sierra 1500. Initially I went to a Ford dealer near my house and the looked at the truck. I was not impressed with the finish of the F150XL and the salesman at the Ford dealership was pressuring me into a XLT that really didn't appeal to me. After leaving the Ford dealership disappointed I went home and did more research for a few months as it is a very big purchase to make (F150,Silverado,Sierra ect). I walked into Kelly and was greeted by Steve who was very courteous to my needs and didn't pressure me at all. Upon examining and test driving the truck I decided this was the one for me. I am glad to have met with Steve, if he worked at the Ford dealership I initially visited I might be driving a F150! But overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. My only complaint is that GMC needs to build trucks in America, not in different countries. More

I knew when i walked through the door at Kelly GMC that this was the place to by a vehicle. Everyone that I talked too was very polite. After the test drive steve worked on the numbers and was able to get the truck into my price range, so i bought it. I have purchased new vehicles from other dealers in the Lehigh Valley by far Kelly GMC was the easiest and best to work with from the time i walked trough the door until the time I picked up my new 2014 GMC SIERRA. By far this is the best truck on the market from looks to fuel economy, GMC i think went above and beyond in the making of the new 2014 Sierra models. I get a lot of compliments on the way this truck looks and i tell them go to Kelly GMC and talk to Steve Robertello he was my salesman and he was AWSOME to work with.
